Before Installing Windchill RV&S Agent
Before you install the Windchill RV&S Agent, consider the following:
• Windchill RV&S server is configured properly.
• You should be a part of the applicable user groups and have the applicable permissions.
• The
Windchill RV&S Agent 12.3.0.0 installer is not bundled with Oracle JRE. Ensure that you install the supported JRE version before you begin installation of
Windchill RV&S Agent 12.3.0.0. For supported JRE version, see
Windchill RV&S Product Platforms.
• If you are installing Windchill RV&S Agent on Linux, ensure that the first entry in the environment variable points to the path of a supported version of JRE.
