PTC Effectivity Management Domain
PTC Effectivity Management domain enables you to access effectivity information of Windchill objects. Effectivity is the planned date, lot, or serial number at which old versions of the object are replaced with new versions in production. Objects that are effectivity-managed include parts, documents, manufacturing process objects such as, process plans (manufacturing process plans, sequences, and operations), and manufacturing resources (plants, resource groups, skills, process materials, tooling, and work center).

In this release, product effectivity is supported. You can retrieve the effectivities of Part and IndependentAssignedExpression entities using the Effectivities navigation property. Pending effectivity is not supported.
