Component in NX Deleted After Removal from Associated Assembly

Benefit
When opening an NX assembly built from BOM with a removed component, the component is now deleted in NX. The component was suppressed earlier.
Description
Prior to Windchill 13.0.0.0, any removed component from the BOM structure was suppressed in NX. Now the components would be deleted from NX after they are removed from the BOM structure.
