Benefit
Automatically create standard control characteristics when a CATIA V5 or NX model is checked in with 3D-annotations.
Additional Details
For creating the standard control characteristics automatically, you need to do the following settings:
• Set the server-side property MPMLink Common Preferences > MPMLink Specific Preferences > Automatically Create Standard Control Characteristics to Yes.
• Set the expose.model.annotations preference in the wgmclient.ini file to Designated or All.
These settings automatically create standard control characteristics in Windchill when you check in a CAD model with annotations designated as control characteristics.
This enhancement requires Windchill 12.1.2.0 or a later version.
