Editing Harm Hazards
To edit a harm hazard, you must have permission to edit harm hazard objects in your quality context. This permission is assigned to the Quality System Manager and Reliability Engineer roles out-of-the-box.
To edit a harm hazard, do the following:
1. In your quality context, click Harm Hazards.
2. In the Harm Hazards table, right-click the harm hazard and select Edit Harm Hazard.
3. In the Edit Harm Hazard window, complete the following fields:
Required. Enter a name for the harm hazard.
The system automatically generates a number for the harm hazard. The number provides another way for users to search for a harm hazard. This field is not editable.
Select a tag for the harm hazard. Click the plus sign to add more than one tag to the harm hazard.
Use tags to group harm hazards for easier filtering and searching.
To create additional tags for harm hazards, users with the correct permissions can add them as an enumerated list. For more information, see Enumerated Value List Constraints.
Required. Select Yes if the harm hazard is obsolete or No if the harm hazard is not obsolete.
4. Update the necessary fields and click OK.
