Windchill Customer Experience Management Roles
Windchill Customer Experience Management provides default roles for customer experience users. Based on the roles you are assigned, you can perform different tasks and actions. However, all customer experience users can access customer experience tasks in read-only mode. Tasks appear in your My Tasks table.
Permission levels for customer experience users are defined by an administrator. If you are an administrator, you can manage customer experience roles in the Members table. For more information, see Members Table.
You must be assigned at least one of these roles to perform a customer experience task:

Activity Respondent
Respond to customer experience activities or customer experience product activities
If a respondent is blank when creating an activity, users with this role can access the activity response task.
Activity Reviewer
Review of customer experience activities or customer experience product activities
If a reviewer is blank and an activity requires review, users with this role can complete the activity review task.
Customer Experience Creator
Create new customer experience task
For users with this role to be able to edit the customer experience from the customer experience structure by right-clicking the Intake node, administrators must manually adjust their permissions. Administrators must add Modify and Modify Content permissions to this role for the Customer Experience type using the Policy Administration utility.
Customer Experience Evaluator
Complete customer experience evaluation
Users with this role can create customer experience activities and customer experience product activities from the Customer Experience Evaluation window and from the Customer Experience tab of the customer experience information page.
Customer Experience Manager
All tasks
Users in this role can do the following:
Create customer experience activities
Create customer experience product activities on the Customer Experience tab of a customer experience information page
Perform a Set State action to reset the customer experience workflow
Customer Experience Product Investigator
Investigate a product
Customer Experience Product Receiver
Returned product processing
Customer Experience Reviewer

People and Places Creator
Can add or edit people and places using the Utilities tab.
Quality Document Creator
If Windchill Customer Experience Management has been installed as a standalone product, then this role can create a new document from Utilities > Quality Document Administration.
Quality Part Creator
If Windchill Customer Experience Management has been installed as a standalone product, then this role can create a new part from Utilities > Quality Part Administration.
Quality System Manager
All tasks
The user who creates a quality context is automatically assigned the role of Quality System Manager, who can do the following:
Invite team members to join the quality context and assign them the necessary roles.
Make changes to the quality context’s team, such as adding, removing, or replacing team members.
Add or remove roles for the quality context.
Change a customer experience workflow state from the customer experience information page by choosing Actions > Set State.
Add or remove failure effects and failure modes from lists opened in the Navigator. For more information, see Failure Effects and Failure Modes.
