Step 24. Add Agreements to List of Searchable Object Types - Optional

If you are not enabling agreements, skip this step.

Add the agreement type to the list of searchable object types available on search windows as follows:

1. Open the Site

> Utilities > Preference Management from the page on the tab.

2. Navigate to the Search > All Applicable Object Types preference.

3. Add WCTYPE|wt.access.agreement.AuthorizationAgreement to the list of searchable objects to enable searching for all agreements.

Only participants with Read access to the agreement object will be able to find the agreement object.
