Windchill Business Reporting

Windchill Business Reporting is available only in Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, and Windchill Arbortext Content Manager.
Windchill Business Reporting uses a powerful third-party reporting application that works with your Windchill data to provide rich and flexible report options. If your site has enabled the Windchill Business Reporting functionality, additional reporting capabilities are available to you, including:
Scheduling reports to run overnight or during weekend hours when system demands are lower.
Scheduling reports to run at regular intervals, such as weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
Choosing from many report output formats, including HTML, PDF, Microsoft Excel, CSV, and XML.
Selecting from multiple report delivery options, such as:
Printing the report.
Emailing the report to specified users.
Saving the report as a file on your system.
Saving the report as a report view, allowing you to later run the report using the same input parameters, without having to specify them again.
If you are unsure whether your site has enabled Windchill Business Reporting, check with your system administrator.
In addition to Windchill Business Reporting, you site may have installed these optional modules:
Windchill Business Report Author—Provides access to the Report Studio. This tool allows you to create business reports using drag-and-drop authoring tools.
Windchill Business Report Monitor—Provides access to the Event Studio. This tool allows you to monitor business events and define actions to be taken when specified thresholds are reached.
