Purge Troubleshooting
Use the Purge Jobs page in Purge Management to view the task event console for a job.
To view the task event console, do one of the following:
• For pending jobs, right-click the row of the job and then select Open task event console.
• For other jobs, click the information icon for the job . On the details page, click the task event console link.
The Event Management utility opens and displays the task event console. You can view the details for a task by clicking the information icon in the row.
To retry a failed job, click the view conflicts icon . In the Conflict Management utility, click Retry.
