ERP Data
Using Windchill MPMLink you can define multiple branches of a part or assembly for defining your manufacturing processes. For example, when using alternate BOMs, or multiple views.
Using ERP data, you can perform the following tasks.
• Define ERP Material, such as common attributes and documents that would be applicable to all branches of an object. An example is shown in the following figure.
• Define View Specific Data, such as common attributes that are view specific. For example an attribute what would apply to one manufacturing plant, but not to another.
The ERP Data sub-tab, found on the Information tab of a selected object displays ERP data (enterprise branch revision information, master documents, view specific data) for that object, regardless of the revision of the object.

To enable ERP data, you must set the following preference in the WindchillPreference Management utility.
> > > >
Where <Subtypes> is the type of part you wish to define ERP material for. For example, wt.part.WTPart.
