Removing the InstallShield Directory
The InstallShield directory must be removed.
• On Windows systems this directory is typically located in <drive>:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield.
• On UNIX systems this directory is typically located in the user home directory. For example, /home/<MachineName>/<username>.
