Editing the Report Distribution
From the Edit Report Distribution window, you can enter a list of email addresses to which a monthly report of usage is sent. The report contains details about usage over the previous four months. The report is emailed to the designated list of recipients on the first day of the month.
For Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, or Windchill Arbortext Content Manager
1. In the Report Distribution List text field, enter the email addresses to which you want monthly usage reports sent. Separate each email address with a comma ( , ). Usage reports can be sent to both Windchill and non-Windchill users.
2. Click OK to save the list and return to the Usage tab.
For Pro/INTRALINK
1. In the Report Distribution List text field, enter the email addresses to which you want monthly license usage reports sent. Separate each email address with a comma ( , ). License usage reports can be sent to both Windchill and non-Windchill users.
2. Click OK to save the list and return to the License Usage Reporting window.
