Process Overview
The following diagram illustrates the relationship between the Windchill server, WVS, the Worker Agent, PE Worker and PE, to provide an understanding of what needs to be configured.
The following process is used to complete the PE Worker configuration:
1. Configure the PE Worker.
2. Configure the Worker Agent (agent.ini) using the Worker Configuration Wizard.
3. Verify that the Worker Agent, PE Worker, and Servigistics Arbortext Publishing Engine are all communicating properly.
A wvsape.properties file and a worker batch file are used to configure the PE Worker. Detailed descriptions of these files and their parameters are provided in the subsequent sections.
