翻譯與報價記錄與資訊清單
翻譯封裝記錄檔
準備好翻譯封裝之後，其中會內含一個記錄檔。記錄檔包含有關下列項目的資訊：
• 翻譯封裝會詳細列出其組織、建立者、時間戳記及來與與目標語言。
• XLIFF 與可翻譯檔案的翻譯封裝內容清單。
• 關於每個檔案的翻譯封裝資訊，包括其來源與目標識別，以及安全性標籤 (如果存在)。
• 如果為動態文件指派了安全性標籤，安全性標籤會顯示在包括在翻譯封裝中的文件下。
在 ZIP 檔案中，記錄檔名稱從選用前綴、封裝 ID、來源與目標語言以及來源版本修訂建構。例如：
TRAN_0000000161_en_is_A.log
翻譯封裝 ZIP 中也包括資訊清單。資訊清單是一種 XML 檔案，管理與廠商的內容交換。它遵循與記錄檔相同的檔案命名方法，但會附加基準線 ID。例如：

當建立翻譯封裝時，記錄檔會描述翻譯 ZIP 封裝中包括的內容，可能也會描述排除的內容。例如，它可能包含由於已經送去作為其他翻譯封裝的一部份進行翻譯、未處於正確「準備狀態」、或者文件包含過期翻譯而遭到略過的檔案清單。在下列記錄檔範例中，會對排除項目進行分類與說明：

如果您想要在封裝完成及可用時收到通知，您也可以設定「核心翻譯流程」的電子郵件通知。電子郵件通知包括與記錄檔類似的資訊，例如組織、建立者、時間戳記、來源語言、目標語言、翻譯封裝 ID 以及所包括檔案的清單。如果已從翻譯 ZIP 封裝排除內容，例如已經送去作為其他翻譯封裝的一部份進行翻譯、未處於正確「準備狀態」、或者文件包含過期翻譯的檔案，會在通知電子郵件中對這些檔案進行分類與說明。

翻譯封裝錯誤記錄檔
如果無法建立翻譯封裝，會在 Windchill 確認橫幅上顯示一個訊息，內含記錄檔的連結。會將記錄檔放進已放置 ZIP 的資料夾中 (由「支援的廠商」偏好設定指定)。錯誤記錄檔包含有關下列項目的資訊：
• 翻譯封裝組織、建立者、時間戳記與目標語言。
• 無法建立翻譯封裝的理由。
例如，在下列錯誤記錄檔中，結構中文件的安全性層級並不符合請求翻譯封裝之使用者的安全性許可。

如果您設定電子郵件通知，若無法建立翻譯封裝，電子郵件會包含與錯誤記錄檔中類似的資訊。
匯入封裝記錄檔
當從廠商傳回翻譯 zip 時，會將其放在「外部匯入資料夾」偏好設定指定的資料夾中。如果在匯入過程中發生問題，會將記錄檔放在包含翻譯封裝 ID 與失敗原因的「外部匯入資料夾」中。
翻譯字典匯入錯誤記錄檔
當針對服務結構匯入翻譯封裝時，翻譯字典中的已翻譯文字值會填入相關聯的已翻譯 XLIFF 值。如果翻譯字典 XLIFF 發生匯入錯誤，匯入將會失敗，錯誤記錄檔將會包含錯誤。
一些常見的錯誤如下：
• XLIFF 發生剖析器錯誤，例如無效的標示，或字元不是 Unicode 型。
• 在 Windchill 的「類型及屬性管理」中未定義類型或屬性名稱。
• 在 localizable_attset.xml 中定義了屬性名稱，但它並沒有針對相關聯的翻譯字典定義相關聯的已翻譯文字屬性。
在 localizable_attset.xml 中定義了類型或屬性名稱，但未使用翻譯字典設定為已翻譯的文字屬性。
• 來源或目標語言無效。

錯誤記錄檔使用與 XLIFF 檔案相同的命名慣例，後跟用於建立唯一性的日期與時間戳記；不會覆寫記錄檔。
顯示在 localizable_attset.xml 組態檔案中的 exlude 陳述式中，但沒有定義的屬性，不會被視為錯誤。如果在 exclude 陳述式中指定屬性，且屬性不存在於要翻譯的類型中，則會產生警告。

當您設定 localizable_attset.xml 中用於翻譯的屬性時，可以使用服務結構或零件清單中的「產生翻譯文件」來產生要測試的 XLIFF。產生的 XLIFF 只包含正確配置的屬性，這樣您便可以偵測遺失或未定義的屬性。

您可以決定如何處理導致發生錯誤的 XLIFF：
• 自己進行修正。
將已翻譯 XLIFF 的狀態設為 「翻譯中狀態」偏好設定的值。修正 XLIFF 項目，然後將狀態設為「已翻譯狀態」偏好設定的值。
• 再次將 XLIFF 送出翻譯。
將已翻譯 XLIFF 的狀態設為 「待處理狀態」偏好設定的值。然後，您可以使用「動作」選單中的「建立翻譯封裝」選項，個別產生來源 XLIFF 的翻譯。
