針對 Windchill Business Reporting 套用 Cognos Fix Pack
在您以 Windchill Business Reporting 安裝 Windchill 後，您必須套用 Cognos 10.2.2 Fix Pack 2：

若您已以 Windchill Business Reporting 從舊版的 Windchill 升級，請完成步驟 1 到 13 。請參閱 《Windchill Upgrade Guide》(Windchill 升級指南) 的 "Setting Up the Target System for Upgrade"。

請完成下列步驟：
1. 停止 Cognos 服務 Windchill (伺服器管理員、應用伺服器。PTC HTTP Server)。
2. 備份下列目錄：
◦ <WBR_首頁>\bin
◦ <WBR_首頁>\reportstyles
◦ <WBR_首頁>\templates
◦ <WBR_首頁>\webcontent
其中 <WBR_首頁> 是 Windchill Business Reporting 的安裝位置。
3. 請從 IBM 網站下載適合您平臺的 fix pack。
4. 解壓縮 Fix Pack。
◦ 欲在 Unix 平台上解壓縮 Fix Pack：
1. 變更到您已下載 Fix Pack 的目錄：
2. 輸入下列指令：gunzip <檔名>.tar.gz | tar xvf- 其中 <檔名> 是已下載 Fix Pack 檔案的名稱。
◦ 欲在 Windows 平台上解壓縮 Fix Pack，請使用諸如 WinZip 或 WinRAR 的公用程式。
5. 在已解壓縮的內容，轉換到具備 Fix Pack平台的目錄。每個平台的目錄名稱皆具備唯一性。
6. 啟動 IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Server Updates 公用程式：
◦ 在 Unix 平台上，輸入下列指令：./issetup
◦ 在 Windows 平台上，連按兩下 issetup.exe。
7. 在 Welcome 畫面上，選取語言並按一下 Next。
8. 在 IBM License Agreement 畫面，接受授權合約並按一下 Next。
9. 在 Installation Location 畫面，確認安裝目錄欄位是您的 Reporting 資料夾，並按一下 Next。
10. 在 Summary 畫面，審核摘要資訊並按一下 Next。
11. 按一下 Next 以啟動 Fix Pack 安裝。
12. 結束 Fix Pack 安裝後，將 <WBR_首頁>\CognosCustomization.zip 檔案解壓縮，並將解壓縮的內容覆寫到 <WBR_首頁> 內的個別資料夾。
13. 啟動 Cognos 服務、Windchill應用伺服器和 PTC HTTP Server。
14. 僅有在新安裝 Windchill Business Reporting 的情形下，您須從 Windchill shell 執行下列指令：
ant -f <Windchill>/installer/wnc/wbr_actions.xml
其中 <Windchill> 是您Windchill 解決方案的安裝位置。這樣就會更新資料模型，並為您的 Windchill Business Reporting 報告載入更新。
在每一台安裝有 Windchill Business Reporting 元件的機器上重覆這些步驟。
