将 Cognos 修复包应用于 Windchill Business Reporting
在完成 Windchill 和 Windchill Business Reporting 的安装后，必须应用 Cognos 10.2.2 Fix Pack 2：

如果已从带有 Windchill 的 Windchill Business Reporting 的先前版本升级而来，只需完成步骤 1 - 13。请参阅《Windchill 升级指南》中的“设置目标系统以进行升级”。

请完成以下步骤：
1. 停止 Cognos 服务和 Windchill（服务器管理器、方法服务器、PTC HTTP Server）。
2. 备份以下目录：
◦ <WBR_HOME>\bin
◦ <WBR_HOME>\reportstyles
◦ <WBR_HOME>\templates
◦ <WBR_HOME>\webcontent
其中 <WBR_HOME> 是 Windchill Business Reporting 的安装位置。
3. 从 IBM 网站下载适用于您的平台的修复包。
4. 提取修复包。
◦ 要在 Unix 平台上提取修复包：
1. 转至下载修复包的目录。
2. 输入以下命令：gunzip <filename>.tar.gz | tar xvf-，其中 <filename> 是已下载修复包文件的名称。
◦ 要在 Windows 平台上提取修复包，请使用 WinZip 或 WinRAR 之类的工具。
5. 在提取的内容中，转至包含修复包平台名称的目录。目录名称对于每个平台是唯一的。
6. 启动 IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Server Updates 工具：
◦ 在 Unix 平台上，输入下列命令：./issetup
◦ 在 Windows 平台上，双击 issetup.exe。
7. 在 “欢迎”屏幕上，选择语言并单击“下一步”。
8. 在“IBM 许可协议”屏幕上，接受许可协议，单击“下一步”。
9. 在“安装位置”屏幕上，确认安装目录字段是您的“报告”文件夹，然后单击“下一步”。
10. 在“汇总”屏幕上，检查摘要信息并单击“下一步”。
11. 单击“下一步”启动修复包安装。
12. 在修复包安装完毕后，提取 <WBR_HOME>\CognosCustomization.zip 文件，然后用提取内容覆盖 <WBR_HOME> 中的相应文件夹。
13. 启动 Cognos 服务、Windchill 方法服务器和 PTC HTTP Server。
14. 仅对于新的 Windchill Business Reporting 安装，从 Windchill shell 运行以下命令：
ant -f <Windchill>/installer/wnc/wbr_actions.xml
，其中 <Windchill> 是 Windchill 解决方案的安装位置。这会更新数据模型并为您的 Windchill Business Reporting 报告加载所有更新。
请在每一个安装了 Windchill Business Reporting 组件的机器上重复这些步骤。
