实现 'enabled decider' 类,以控制何时启用此选项卡
这将创建一个可控制何时启用和禁用“需求”选项卡的新类。仅当在结构树中选择一个与 enabled decider 类中所指定的其中一个类型匹配的部件时,才会启用“需求”选项卡并加以操作。
1. 从以下位置创建 RequirementsEnabledDecider.java 文件:

2. 必要时,修改以下实现内容:
修改 common_ancestry 字符串,使其与要查看“需求”的部件的父项类型层次结构相匹配。
