从“快速链接”菜单启动 PTC Learning Connector：
PTC Learning Connector 将在单独的窗口中打开。
打开后，PTC Learning Connector 窗口将自动刷新，以提供 Windchill 用户界面中所选操作的上下文相关信息。可借助 PTC Learning Connector 提供的方法对您创建的任何自定义操作进行映射，以连接到 PTC Learning Connector 主题。
默认情况下，PTC Learning Connector 指向驻留在 PTC.com 上的 Precision LMS 实例：https://precisionlms.ptc.com/ulc/ulc.html。要改为使用 Precision LMS 的本地实例，请从 Windchill shell 运行以下命令：
xconfmanager -s com.ptc.learningConnectorURL=<local_instance> -t wt.properties -p
，其中 <local_instance> 为本地 Precision LMS 实例的文件路径。
