Cost Analytics
The Cost Analytics table displays the cost information related to the specified supplier part.
Cost Status—The cost status is a calculated representation of whether the cost estimate of the part is within the desired range. The valid cost statuses are as follows:

Pass
Specifies the cost estimate status assigned to a company part or BOM when the cost estimate for the company part or BOM is less than or equal to the specified target cost.
Fail
Specifies the cost estimate status assigned to a company part when the cost estimate is greater than the target cost.
No Data
Specifies the cost estimate status assigned to company part when the company part has no target cost or estimate cost assigned to it. This status is applicable only for a company part.
Target Cost—Displays the desired maximum cost for the top level company part of the BOM or the BOM part in the currency selected as the site preference.
Cost Estimate Type—A cost estimate is an approximate cost of a part or product. The Cost Estimate Type represents the estimation technique that was used to calculate the cost estimate of the part.
Cost Estimate—A cost estimate is an approximate cost of a part or product. It specifies the estimated cost for a single quantity of a part in the currency selected as the site preference.
Cost Estimate Confidence—Specifies the confidence level of the cost estimate. The confidence level is a number between 1 and 100 that indicates the confidence a cost manager has in the accuracy of a particular cost estimate.

When working in the integrated mode with Windchill Product Analytics, to ensure that cost data is synchronized correctly:
The same set of currencies must be uploaded in both Windchill Product Analytics as well as Windchill PDMLink.
The exchange rates for the currencies in both the systems must be synchronized so that the same cost value is displayed in both systems.
