Error Page Stack Trace Report Off by Default

Benefit
The user error report stack trace option is now turned off out of the box by default. This change removes visibility of stack trace information to end users and improves security in Windchill.
Additional Details
Previously, when an end user was presented with an error page, the stack trace was displayed to provide useful details for troubleshooting. Now, the wt.servlet.errorPage.omitStackTrace property is set to true out of the box and stack trace information is omitted from error pages. This change improves security by making potentially sensitive information no longer visible to end user.
