Create a promotion request for multiple items in an information structure or publication structure at the same time. This enhancement saves time and effort when there are large number of items to update.

You can select multiple items from an information structure or publication structure and create promotion request for all the selected items at the same time. The New Promotion Request action is now available on the shortcut menu of an information structure or publication structure, under the New menu in the New/Add To action set, and the Action menu on a structure information page. This action is valid for any Content Holder, Information Structure Group, Information Structure, Publication Structure, and Publication Section.
