Treating user-entered criteria as case-insensitive improves the usability of report output.
Additional Details
Case insensitivity in report output is achieved by selecting the new Case Insensitive property on the Properties tab of a report template in Query Builder. When this property is selected (true), all user-entered criteria which involve string expressions are treated as case-insensitive when filtering the results in the report output.
