Benefit
For a customer experience, the default options that appear in the Type list in the Related Personnel and Locations table have been streamlined. Administrators can customize this list to fit their business needs.
Additional Details
Previously, several options were available in the Type list in the Related Personnel and Locations table, although they did not apply to every situation; for example, a place can be a facility, but not a patient.
New installations and upgrades contain a new People or Places Quality Contact Constraints type with a default list of child types in the Type and Attribute Management utility. To include additional items or remove default items from the Type list in the Related Personnel and Locations table, administrators can modify the Child Types relationship constraint.
