Viewing a Job — List
A job is a run of the process. The job executes by passing through various execution points. The infrastructure maintains a status of each job running, and provides the owner of the job a way to manage it.
1. On the
Jobs List page, the
Search in table icon
above the columns allows you to search for text within the file names.
The - Pick a View - drop-down list above the columns enables you to select the kinds of jobs you want to see displayed: All, Cancelled, Completed, Failed, or Running.
The
Table display options icon
on the top right corner gives you the option to
View selected objects only when the check boxes next to the processes are enabled. If no processes are selected, all processes are displayed.
2. Three icons offer other options. Click the
Delete icon
to delete a job. Click the
Display schedules for process icon
to view the schedule of the process the job is run from. Click the
View Process icon
to display the process associated with the job.
3. Click the Information icon
of a job to display details of that job.
Viewing a Job — Details
1. From the
Jobs List page, click the Information icon
of a job to display details of the job.
2. The Details tab displays primary attributes of the job, such as Name, Description, Status, Created On, and the Owner. Click the hyperlinked name of the owner to view information about this person or group.
3. The Operation Status tab displays information about the job’s operations, such as the operation name, its status, and the ID of any logs generated by the operation. Click the hyperlinked job ID to view the contents of the log file.
