Creating and Editing a Schedule in Windchill
Schedules are created in the New Schedule window, which is available by clicking the new schedule icon on the Schedules List toolbar.

Editing an existing schedule is performed by right-clicking a schedule in the Schedules List and selecting the Edit Schedule action to access the Edit Schedule window. The Edit Schedule window allows you to modify the values and selections made when creating the schedule (see the following procedure for the New Schedule window). The only difference is that both the Process and Name fields are uneditable.
To create a new schedule, perform the following procedure in the New Schedule window:
1. In the Define Job step:
a. The Process field identifies the process for which you are creating the schedule.
b. In the Name field, enter a name for the schedule.
c. In the Description field, enter a description of the schedule.
d. Optionally, you may be able to set attribute values in the More Attributes panel.
e. Click Next to go to the second step: Schedule.
2. In the Schedule step:
a. Specify a Range of recurrence:
a. Specify a Start date by entering or selecting a date (in the format yyyy-mm-dd) and selecting the hour and minute to start.
b. Specify a type of range by selecting one of the following options:
One time—(The schedule will run one job)
End by—Select an end date
Number of occurrences—Enter a whole number
No end date—(The schedule will run indefinitely)
b. For any type of range other than One time, specify a Recurrence pattern by entering a Recurrence frequency:
a. Enter a whole number of time units (up to 99) in the text box.
b. Select one of the following time units from the drop-down list:
hour(s)
day(s)
weeks(s)
month(s)
year(s)
3. Click Finish. The new schedule is created and is added to the Schedules List.
