If you have a Message Oriented Middleware other than OpenMQ, the properties of the adapters will not be updated. Consult Gateway Configuration For TIBCO EMS in the Windchill Help Center if you have a TIBCO EMS, or your system administrator if your Message Oriented Middleware is not Sun's. As an administrator of Windchill, go to Site ▶ Utilities ▶ Info*Engine Administration Page, and select the Windchill Adapter from the adapter list. The Windchill Adapter page looks like this: |
The property com.ptc.distproc.credential sets the gateway administrator password in the <>/DistProc/distproc.properties file. This is the password of the participant who allows the adapters to interact with the gateway controller in Windchill. If encryption is enabled, then the JMS Base URI, WES Base URI and Queue Base URI fields need to be encrypted.
