Creating Representations and Saving Annotations
Annotations for Windchill MPMLink objects can be created, viewed, or updated.
Creating a Representation
1. In the Playback mode within PPB, select an operation for which you want to create a representation.
2. In the Playback toolbar, click New Representation.
3. In the New Representation dialog box, specify a name and description for the representation and then click Submit Publish Job.
By default, a new representation created for an operation in the Playback mode becomes the default representation. To change this, clear the Set as Default Representation checkbox.
A confirmation message appears indicating that the job is submitted to the publisher. You can check the WVS Job Monitor for the status.
Creating and Saving an Annotation
1. After the representation is created, in the Playback toolbar, click 
Open in Creo View and select Default Representation.

3. In the Model area, select the objects where you want to add the annotation.
4. In the Annotation Properties dialog box, add any notes or measurements that you would like to see in the annotation, and then click OK.
5. From the File menu, select > .
6. In the New Annotation Set dialog box, add name and other details for the annotation, and click OK.

The annotation is created and saved with the specified name.
