Associated Reference Objects
The Associated Reference Objects table contains links that have no process rules associated with them. Objects in this table are only references to other local and external objects.
The Associated Reference Objects table contains the following columns:

Description
Identity
The system identifier for the local and external objects, including a link to launch the information page for the object.

The identity displayed for a change review is based on the values set in the Change Modification Tracking and Expose Organization for Change Management Objects preferences.
Name
Name of the local and external objects.
Category
A business category that describes the object.
Priority
Priority level assigned to the object.
State
The life cycle state of the local and external objects (open, assigned, in work, plan, intake, evaluation, and so on).
Need Date
The date by which the task must be implemented or satisfied.
Complexity
Fast track, full track, or basic. For more information, see Associated Reference Objects.
Context
The context in which the object resides.
Comments
Comments about the object.
