Creating Package for Office Publishing
Creo View Adapter for Office as well as Visualization Content Service based publishing for Office supports delivery of custom fonts as server managed configuration. During publishing Windchill Visualization Service can provide predefined package of custom fonts to workers or VCS, that will get applied before publishing so that respective job has desired fonts available.
1. Collect all custom fonts used in your organization for document creation. You can ignore standard Windows fonts.
2. Create a directory with name fonts and place all fonts in this directory.
3. Package all configurations and libraries in a single zip file and name it as OFFICE_configuration.zip.

• Do not zip parent directory where you have collected all configuration but package the content inside directory. Refer below image for reference. For the configuration files, for the path parameter, provide the relative path.  |
