Family Table Healer in Windchill
Overview
The Family Table Healer (FTHealer) utility is designed to resolve errors related to family tables in Windchill PDMLink that are reported by the WinDU FTValidator task. FTHealer enables the technical support team and the customers to address the FTValidator errors by automating the healing scripts. Due to the complexity involved in resolving these errors, FTHealer reports the error codes that are specific to particular groups.

Do not obtain or use the Windchill Toolkit FTHealer utility without assistance from PTC Technical Support. If you need to use any of the Windchill Toolkit utilities, contact PTC support by opening an incident. The errors must be resolved only under the guidance of PTC Technical Support.
