Drives Regulatory Submissions Table
The Drives Regulatory Submissions table is introduced to offer visibility into both non—revisable and revisable regulatory submissions originating from the objects that drive these submissions.
You can access this table from multiple locations:

The following menu options are available on the toolbar of the Drives Regulatory Submissions table.

Copy selected object
Copy a part to the clipboard to be used in a subsequent paste operation.
Actions > New > New Change Notice
Create a new change notice. The change notice includes an implementation plan detailing the tasks required to make the change. For more information, see Creating a Change Notice.
Actions > New > New Change Request
Create a new change request. For more information, see Creating a Change Request
Actions > New > New Problem Report
Create a new problem report to document a problem or request a product enhancement. For more information, see Creating a Problem Report.
Actions > New > New Variance
Create a new variance in the folder. For more information, see Creating a Variance.
Actions > New > New Review
Create a new review to validate the requirement.
Actions > New > New Promotion Request
Creates a promotion request. For more information, see Create a Promotion Request.
Right-Click Action in a Table Row
The following actions are displayed when you right-click on an object in the Drives Regulatory Submissions table.
Action
Description
Check In
Enables you to submit your modification to the revisable regulatory submission as a new iteration and releases the lock to make it available for checkout.
Check Out
Enables you to check out the revisable regulatory submission to prevent conflicts that might occur when multiple people are simultaneously editing the submission.
Undo Checkout
Enables you to release the lock so that the revisable regulatory submission is available for checkout.
Edit
Enables you to open the Edit window where you can modify the attributes and related details of a regulatory submission.
Rename
Enables you to rename a regulatory submission.
Create Followup
Enables you to create a follow-up on a regulatory submission. For more information, see Creating Follow-up Tasks for a Regulatory Submission.

This action is available for non-revisable regulatory submissions that are in a Complete state.
Track Regulatory Submission
Opens the Track Regulatory Submission wizard where you can manage the tracking attributes and related attachments in revisable regulatory submissions. It is visible only to the users in specific roles and those who are members of the license profile PTC Regulatory Master License, with the profile action Track Regulatory Submission. Revise
Enables you to revise the regulatory submission. For more information, see Creating Revision Tasks for a Revisable Regulatory Submission.

This action is available for revisable regulatory submissions that are in a Complete state.
New > New Change Notice
Enables you to create a change notice.
New > New Change Request
Enables you to create a change request.
New > New Problem Report
Enables you to create a problem report to document a problem or request a product enhancement.
New > New Variance
Enables you to create a variance in the folder.
New > New Review
Enables you to create a review task to validate the requirement.
New > New Promotion Request
Enables you to create a promotion request.
Copy
Enables you to create a copy of the object type.
Set State
Enables you to change the life cycle state of the submission. For more information, see Setting the State of an Object.
Undo Reservation
When this action is enabled, it indicates that another user has the object reserved for modification. You can use this action to manually revoke their reservation and allow another user to modify the object. This action is available only for the non-revisable regulatory submission.
A confirmation message appears with details about the user and the action they are performing.
Delete
Enables you to delete the regulatory submission.
Reassign Life Cycles
Enables you to reassign the life cycle state to the regulatory submission.
Table Column Names
The following columns are available in the Drives Regulatory Submissions table.

View Information
Click to view the regulatory submission information page. For more information, see Non-Revisable Regulatory Submission Information Page and Revisable Regulatory Submission Information Page
General Status
Displays a symbol indicating the status of the object that drives the regulatory submission. For more information, see Object Status Overview.
Change Status
Displays an icon after the object is checked in.
Object Type Indicator
Displays an icon representing the object's type.
Object Type
Indicates the regulatory submission type.
Identity
Specifies the number, organization, and version of the regulatory submission.
Name
Specifies the name of the regulatory submission.
State
Indicates the life cycle state of a regulatory submission.
Subject
Specifies the subject for the regulatory submission. Some regulatory submissions can have multiple subjects.
Submitted To
Specifies the regulatory agency to which a submission is made.
Submitted Date
Specifies the date when the regulatory submission was submitted to the regulatory agency.
Approval Date
Specifies the date on which the regulatory submission was approved by the regulatory agency.
Certificate Number
Specifies the unique identifier of the regulatory submission that is assigned by the agency when it is approved.
Expiration Date
Specifies the expiration date of the regulatory submission.
Expired
Specifies if the regulatory submission has expired.
Submission Stage
Specifies the stage of the regulatory submission in the overall submission process.
Content
Specifies the primary content of the regulatory submission.
Remote URL
Specifies the URL of the regulatory submission available in the system hosted by the regulatory agency.
Context
Specifies the context and the organization to which the context belongs.
