Controls the visibility of the toggles available on Windchill pages that allow users to switch between the classic pages and their corresponding Next Gen pages.
When the property is not defined or is set to true, each toggle appears on the relevant Windchill page, enabling users to switch between a classic page and its Next Gen page.
When set to false, all toggles are hidden, and users cannot access the Next Gen pages.
