Description
After applying the Windchill PDMLink CPS 12.1.2.17 and Windchill PDMLink CPS 13.0.2.7 patches, the Navigate View Drawing and View Design File applications fail to load or function correctly. Complete these steps aftyer a post-CPS update to ensure that the applications run smoothly:
• Create a backup of <WT_HOME>/codebase/com/ptc/odata/core/odata.properties.
• Set allowDuplicateNavigation property to true on the connected WindchillPDMLink instance. For more details, see Windchill REST Services OData Properties
• Restart Windchill.
