Windchill 13.1.2.0

Publishing Standard Control Characteristic (SCC) through Windchill ESI is enhanced to support linking a manufacturing operation, including standard operation subtypes, to multiple instances of the same SCC. Additionally, a new attribute, SCC Context Number is included in the ESI response when an SCC is assigned to a standard operation or its subtype in the context of a Process Plan, Operation, Standard Procedure, or Sequence.
