Visibility and Traceability of Variances with Temporary Part Replacements

Description
To enhance traceability of temporary part replacements in the product structure (BOM), the following enhancements are introduced:
• A new Variance Substitutes table is added below the Affected Objects Table on the variance information page.
• A new right-click action Add Variance Substitutes is added on the Affected Objects table of the variance information page.

The availability of the Variance Substitutes table and the Add Variance Substitutes action is controlled by the wt.change2.enableVarianceSubstitutes property.

The variance substitute functionality provides traceability and maintains data integrity for substitute processes.
