Enhancements in the Redline: Add and Remove Actions for the Documents Tab (Reference Documents)

Description
Starting with the release 13.1.1.0, you can add and remove Reference Documents from the Documents table in the BOM redline for a selected part.
However, you cannot make modifications (changes) to the link. These actions are consistent with those available in the Product Structure Browser (PSB). The BOM redline visually highlights changes as users plan modifications to the Reference Documents. Only parts with a redline are eligible for viewing and modifying documents.
The round-trip process for planning modifications to Reference Documents and merging them into the next sequential revisions can be completed. This process also includes synchronizing released changes into the open BOM redlines along with other supported BOM redline modifications.
