Windchill 13.1.0.0

Windchill 13.1.0.0 configuration of SSO for OAuth Delegated Authorization now supports simultaneous configuration of both JWT & Opaque token. The type of token validation is determined by the access token present in the Windchill WRS request. By default, both the services are enabled. The property wt.oauth2.token.tokenType is no longer valid and is removed. Previously, this property was required to initialize either one of the token types in Windchill.
