Support for Reverse Lookup Functionality

Description
A new Remote Traces table has been introduced to support the reverse lookup functionality in Windchill. This feature allows you to view remote OSLC links managed in external OSLC servers for a Windchill traced part. It helps prevent issues such as duplication or synchronization of remote links across different products, when managing trace links in Windchill.
The reverse lookup functionality is supported only for PTC RV&S, PTC Modeler, and Codebeamer OSLC servers.
