• To comply with Odata specifications, the following changes are made in the simple identifiers:

◦ Underscores are allowed: Any entity name, actions and functions in a parameter name, navigation property name, and structural property name with underscore (_) are allowed. For example, Soft_Attribute is generated as Soft_Attribute.

◦ Starting digits are no longer allowed: Any entity name, actions and functions in a parameter name, navigation property name, and structural property name starting with digits are converted to a word. For example, attribute name like 1Attribute is converted to OneAttribute, 2Attribute is converted to TwoAttribute. The soft type, such as, 1SoftType is converted to OneSoftType. However, the name that do start with digits are preserved. For example, SoftType1 is generated as SoftType1 because the name does not start with a digit.

◦ When updating your customizations, you may need to update your custom JSON files. If the name of an entity, actions and functions in a parameter, navigation property, and structural property starts with a digit (for example, 1Attribute) or with underscore (_), it results in a configuration error. You must change the name (for example, convert 1Attribute to OneAttribute) to fix the configuration error.

• FileNames in CacheDescriptor in the PTC domain is changed from Int64 to String.
