安裝 Windchill Quality Management System
欲安裝 Windchill Quality Management System (QMS)，請使用 PTC Solution Installer (PSI)。
您可以從 PSI 安裝程式中的下列選項安裝單一元件或 Windchill Quality Management System 元件組合：
• Windchill QMS Foundation (一般與醫療裝置) - 安裝 QMS Foundation 資料、失敗模式、失敗影響與傷害危險。Windchill QMS foundation 不包含 Windchill CAPA、Windchill Nonconformance、Windchill Customer Experience Management 或 Windchill Audit 的 QMS 模組功能。欲利用 QMS 模組功能，請根據企業需求或授權功能，選取個別模組、作為群組的「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (一般)」，或作為群組的「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (醫藥裝置)」。
• 「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (一般)」- 安裝 Quality Management System 的一般版本，您可以在其中建立產品相關活動。此模組支援 Windchill CAPA、Nonconformance、Customer Experience Management 與 Windchill QMS Foundation。建議來自汽車與電子產業等非醫療業界的使用者使用此模組。不支援針對客戶經驗物件建立管理報告。
「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (醫藥裝置)」- 包含 QMS 的完整功能。此模組支援 Windchill CAPA、Windchill Nonconformance，以及 Windchill Customer Experience Management 的完整功能。它整合了預先定義的範本與流程，以支援醫療裝置業界規定。
• Windchill Audit Management (一般) - 安裝稽核管理的完整功能，例如建立及編輯稽核，以及與 Windchill QMS Foundation 搭配，產生稽核摘要報告。此模組支援與 Windchill CAPA 和 Windchill Nonconformance 的關聯。
• Windchill Regulatory Master (醫藥裝置) - 安裝 Windchill Regulatory Master 的完整功能，例如建立、編輯及檢視管理提交。此模組可讓使用者向管理機構進行管理提交，並與 Windchill QMS Foundation 搭配，對管理提交進行跟進。
• Windchill Unique Device Identification (醫藥裝置) - 安裝 Unique Device Identification (UDI) 的完整功能，例如建立、編輯及檢視 UDI。此模組可讓使用者將唯一識別元指派給所有地區的醫療裝置。
系統會根據在 PSI 上選取安裝的元件，自動選取或反灰顯示品質解決方案的組合。
安裝或升級 Windchill Quality Management System 時的額外考量要點
• 選取要安裝的產品時，除了選取例如 Windchill CAPA、Windchill Nonconformance 或 Windchill Customer Experience Management 解決方案之外，也請選取 Windchill PDMLink 與 Windchill ProjectLink。
• 選取要載入的資料集時，請選取「建立資料庫結構描述」與「載入基礎資料」。請勿針對生產安裝選取「載入示範資料」。
• 如果已安裝 Windchill CAPA，您可以安裝「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (一般)」或「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (醫藥裝置)」。「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (一般)」與「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (醫藥裝置)」的安裝彼此互斥。因為此模組會隨著 Windchill CAPA 自動安裝，所以不支援安裝 Windchill QMS Foundation。
• 在升級時，如果您已安裝具備完整功能的 Windchill Customer Experience Management，則將需要升級至「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (醫藥裝置)」。

一般註記
• 如果您已安裝「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (一般)」模組，則在「偏好設定管理」中，與管理報告相關的偏好設定會顯示偏好設定的「品質」群組中。
• 如果您僅安裝了 Windchill QMS Foundation (任何其他的 QMS 模組除外) 及 PDMLink 等任何其他的 Windchill 模組，則系統會在伺服器上載入啟示分類樹。由於伺服器上未安裝 Customer Experience Management 模組，故無法在系統中使用啟示分類樹。
• 如果您已安裝 「Windchill QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (一般)」模組，則與醫療裝置相關的分類樹也會顯示在「品質分類樹管理」中。
