Oracle Applications API Response Characterization
This section describes Oracle Applications’ response and the interpretation by EAI software components.
The TIBCO adapter for Oracle Applications has a component that receives all the messages created by the Oracle Application and inserts them in a log table. The entries in that table are then sent back to the EAI software components process. If results are interpreted based on the status field.
• If the status field for all returned messages equals “S” or “W” then the transaction is successful
• If at least one status field equals “E” then the transaction is unsuccessful
