About Reconciliation in Split Assemblies in Smart Collection Context
In a smart collection context, the 
Detect Discrepancies action detects only those discrepancies that are related to the parts present in a smart collection. The status of the discrepancies of the parts present in the smart collection appears as Interactive or Auto. You can resolve these discrepancies in smart collection context.
Detect Discrepancies action detects only those discrepancies that are related to the parts present in a smart collection. You can resolve these discrepancies in smart collection context.Consider the following scenario:
1. An assembly Axle Assembly is present in upstream.
2. Using the 
New Split Assemblies action, create split assemblies Split Assembly 1, Split Assembly 2, and Split Assembly 3 in downstream, from Axle Assembly.
New Split Assemblies action, create split assemblies Split Assembly 1, Split Assembly 2, and Split Assembly 3 in downstream, from Axle Assembly.3. Create a smart collection SC1.
4. Add Axle Assembly from upstream and Split Assembly 1 from downstream in SC1.
5. Open SC1.
6. In the smart collection context, make changes in assembly Axle Assembly, that is present in upstream.
7. Use the Detect Discrepancies action to detect discrepancies and resolve them in the smart collection context.
