• The working of this action depends on the value that you set in the preference Include All Collected Latest Alternate Parts. The available values for this preference are All, None, and Initially Selected Only.

The Include All Collected Latest Alternate Parts preference is an action-specific preference. For example, if you want to collect the alternate parts of the selected part after initiating the Revise action, you must set an appropriate value in the Include All Collected Latest Alternate Parts preference located at the following location in the Preference Management Utility: > > .
