The Update event is triggered when you update the attributes of a Made From association in the Made From table in BOM Transformer. For information on the Made From table, see Made From.

When using a new change task to track an Update event, the Made From History table records the Update event. A new manufacturing history object is created for the event.

However, when you use a single change task to track multiple operations on a Made from association, the tracking of the Update event differs. For example, if a change task tracked an Add event for a Made from association, any subsequent change on that association will still be tracked as Add event.
