In order to ensure the compatibility of Creo Parametric cache with the upgraded Windchill solution, each Creo Parametric user must upload or check in all new or modified objects in all workspaces, shut down Creo Parametric, and remove the client cache before the Windchill upgrade. Client cache upgrade is not supported for the Windchill Workgroup Manager.
