Saving a chart allows you to save chart settings on a specific table or report for later reuse. Once saved, a chart can be reloaded later, instead of being manually built each time. Multiple charts can be saved for a single table or report. Saved charts are only visible to the user who originally saved the chart.

The saved charts for a specific table are listed in the Saved Charts drop-down list on the New Chart or Edit Chart window launched from that table. When the saved chart name is selected from the drop-down list, the chart settings are populated and the resultant chart is immediately displayed in the preview pane.
