Accessing the Windchill Performance Advisor Dashboard

• Before you can view your data in the dashboard, ensure that you have a global support account with PTC.
• The availability of data depends on the selected frequency of the reports in the Performance Advisor utility. The initial data is available within 24 hours.

To access the dashboard, perform the below steps:
1. Open a web browser and type https://support.ptc.com in the address bar.
2. Log in using your account credentials.
3. Click the PTC tools and resources icon 
. Click Manage and Monitor Software.
. Click Manage and Monitor Software.4. Under Proactive system scans and performance, click Performance Advisor - System Dashboard.
The PTC Performance Advisor page is displayed.
5. Click Performance Advisor for Windchill to open the Windchill Performance Advisor dashboard.
