Co-produce Classes
• ESIMadeFromObjectRenderer
This is an extension of the class ESIWTPartRenderer, and has APIs for
1. getting the relevant group names (e.g., AddedMadeFromObjects) and
2. setting the Type attribute for the MadeFromObject Element.

1. When processing the said objects, the renderer makes use of the response settings that apply to these objects. For example, when rendering a BOM, distribution target attributes that reside under BOM Settings (in the Create/Edit Distribution Target UI) are used, and when rendering a BOM as a resulting object of a change notice, distribution target attributes that reside under Change Notice Settings are used. And when rendering a BOM that is related to a process plan, distribution target attributes that reside under Process Plan Settings are used.
2. Like any other renderer, this class is meant to be extended by customizers.
