Improved Performance with Windchill Structure Visualization

Description
Windchill visualization of part structures or manufacturing structures is now improved to handle structure-based overrides and multi-state (image link association) efficiently to load the visualization faster. This improvement in performance can be observed in following scenarios:
• Assembly features
• Multi-State (Image link) associated parts.
• Assembly flexible positioning.
The improvements can be enabled in two ways;
• Providing source for assembly feature impact that is representation based structure resolution
• With new data base based feature impact identification (using wvs property edrload.dynamicstructure. representationasfeaturesource set to false).
