Configuring Multiple Variants for Advanced Selection Logic
Windchill 13.0.2.0
Description
The Configure Multiple Variants action has been introduced to provide the ability to generate multiple variants within a single advanced selection logic configuration session.
Configure Multiple Variants enables you to define input parameter value selections for a single BOM configuration of a configurable module representing multiple potential variants. Each unique combination of input parameter values is evaluated for valid solutions where each valid solution is used to act upon a new or existing variant specification and variant.
Additionally, the Requested Multiple Variants table is available on the information page of a configurable module. Requested Multiple Variants provides the list of requests to generate multiple variants through the Configure Multiple Variants action with status information for each request.
